The beautiful island that I had for in love with. Its coastline fringed with white sandy beaches and quiet coves, bathed by its clear blue waters of Andaman Sea and set against a backdrop of green hills, coconut groves and rubber plantation. Being the largest island in Thailand and situated 867 km from Bangkok city, it is blessed by nature and the smiling hospitality of its people that you can’t forget.
Many local cuisines offered fresh and delicious seafood and Thai food. With its all year-round sunshine, there are various of sporting and leisure opportunities to conclude a perfect and memorable trip.
Phuket formerly derived its wealth from tin and rubber and has a rich history. Back in the early days, the island was on one of the major trading routes between China and India and was frequently mentioned in foreign ships’ logs. The Portuguese, Dutch, English and French come to trade during that time. You can still see many rubber trees as you drive around inside the island.
